Chris Blaine is the VP, Global Direct Sales & Account Management for Sojern. A well-rounded go-to-market executive with diverse expertise in sales, marketing and customer care, Chris leads Sojern's Property Solutions within sales and account management teams. He brings more than 17 years of global experience in launching new businesses and building high-performing teams. Prior experience includes leadership roles in both sales and marketing at Dell and Intuit, as well as a short stint leading the US mobile advertising group for Phunware based in Newport Beach, CA. Chris has a BFA in Musical Theater from Syracuse University and an MBA from The College of William & Mary.
Business Development Manager, APAC
Ishan Gautam is the Business Development Manager for OTA Insight managing the APAC region, where he focuses on engaging local and global players in the hospitality industry to share the challenges they face in the digital landscape and aims to provide tools and insights to help hoteliers overcome their technological barriers.
Ishan has held a number of roles across the OTA, hospitality and travel industry including Booking.com, The Park Hotels and Marriott. With his experience in developing successful business development strategies and as specialist in the Asia Pacific region he is focused on building relationships to help hotels and properties optimise their revenue and distribution strategies.

With over 10 years' experience in e-commerce, online travel, and revenue management, Peisi is currently the Regional Director of Sales at IDeaS Revenue Solutions, helping hotels in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and Korea establish revenue management culture and drive better revenue. She is passionate about big data and technology innovations that drive revenue and profitability with advanced analytics. Peisi joined IDeaS from HRS Hotel Reservation Service, where she worked as the Regional Director of Hotel Solutions, pioneered the setup of Asia Pacific office and led a team of 10 hotel sales managers to acquire new hotel partners and optimise revenue in APAC. Prior to HRS, Peisi served as Market Manager for Agoda and Orbitz Worldwide, as well as Hotel Distribution Manager for FASTBOOKING.
Section Chief, Admin Team
Ms Jenna Lee is in charge of Channel Management System for Sanha IT in Korea and is also responsible for building the company's System Architecture. Jenna gained experience in reservations, yield management and guest recognition (VIP care) for the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Seoul. She is also an experienced hotel manager that was responsible for reservations, front of house, housekeeping and online business for the Ramada Seoul. She majored in hotel management at the Swiss Hotel Management School (SHMS) at the Montreux Campus in Switzerland.
Jean-Luc Chrétien was appointed co-CEO of FASTBOOKING in May 2015. He has 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and distribution. Jean-Luc joined the Accor group in 1986 as Marketing and Sales Director in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific zones, and subsequently as the head of all leisure hotels. From 1992 to 2001, he worked at Disneyland Paris where he contributed to the amusement park's strong hotel performance as Director of Distribution and Sales Administration. Successively, he was the Director General of Marketing and Sales for Pierre et Vacances Tourisme from 2001 to 2004, and thereafter Director of International Distribution for the SNCF. He re-joined Accor Hotels at the end of 2007 as Director of Distribution, Sales and Loyalty Programme.
Managing Director, Asia
In 2001, Pierre-Charles Grob started his career with Accor in New York, where he contributed to the creation of the marketing department in North America for the Sofitel and Novotel brands. While still in New York, he joined the Monaco Tourist Office to promote this destination and its luxury hotels. Returning to Europe, Pierre-Charles was first at the Monte-Carlo SBM Group in various roles – sales, marketing and e-distribution; and subsequently joined FASTBOOKING in 2010. He began by leading revenue optimisation for the company and rose rapidly to manage operations in Europe thereafter. Since 2014 Pierre-Charles has been FASTBOOKING's Director for Asia, based in Singapore.
Web Studio Director, Asia
Jean-Baptiste Kechi is the Website Studio Director - Asia for FASTBOOKING. He started his career as Webmarketing Assistant and Project Manager at Microsoft before joining the FASTBOOKING Paris office squad as Web Account Manager. He started in Singapore in 2014 taking over the position of Studio Director and was instrumental in the re-engineering of the department to serve FASTBOOKING Asian clients.
Country Manager, South Korea
Samuel Park is the Country Manager in South Korea for FASTBOOKING since 2013.
He has over 30 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry for both domestic and international markets. Prior to his position, he served in key positions for global brands in Korea including GTA & Octopustravel, Ramada, The Ritz-Carlton and Novotel. His area of speciality includes sales & marketing, business development and e-commerce.
