Fenady Uriarte is the Business Development Manager - Southeast Asia for STR. She is an experienced international hospitality professional, with specific experience in the luxury property sector. Fenady has strong knowledge of the Asia Pacific region and has worked with the Mandarin Oriental Singapore, Marina Bay Sands and Raffles Hotel Singapore across the disciplines of business development, revenue management, sales, reservations, public relations and marketing.

Currently, he takes care of enterprise accounts at IDeaS Revenue Management Solutions, based in Singapore. Jurgen joined IDeaS from Pan Pacific Hotels where he lead the Revenue Management and Distribution functions and Shangri-La Hotels where he headed Revenue Management. Jurgen has also worked ten years in hotel operations. Jurgen is a graduate from Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands and holder of an MBA from the Brunel University of West London.

Anthony Nowe is Head of Sales for OTA Insight managing the EMEA region. He focuses on engaging local and global players in the hospitality industry to share the challenges they face in the digital landscape and aims to provide tools and insights to help hoteliers overcome their technological barriers.
Anthony has held a number of leadership roles across the hospitality and travel industry. With his experience in developing successful business development strategies and managing regional teams, he is also responsible for building relationships and developing teams to help hotels and properties optimise their revenue and distribution strategies.

Kim has 20 years of hospitality experience in Asia, both in hotel operations as well as with technology providers supporting hotel chains in the areas of Digital Marketing, Revenue Management, Distribution, and Reputation Management.

With almost 10 years of experience across the travel industry, Emily heads up the global partnerships and business development at Triptease. Since joining the company, Emily has been responsible for scaling the company to 12K+ hotel customers in just over a year, helping position Triptease as the thought leader in the direct booking movement.
Jean-Luc Chrétien was named co-CEO of FASTBOOKING in May 2015. He has 30 years of experience in the Hotel and Distribution sectors.
He joined the Accor Group in 1986 as Director of Marketing and Sales, first in the Mid-East and Asia-Pacific zones and then took charge of all leisure hotels. He joined Disneyland Paris from 1992 to 2001, where he contributed to the strong development of the hotel sector as Director of Distribution and Sales Administration. Successively he was the General Marketing and Sales Manager of Pierre et Vacances Tourisme from 2001 to 2004 and then Director of International Distribution for SNCF. He returned to AccorHotels at the end of 2007 as Director of Distribution, Sales and Loyalty.

In 2001, Pierre-Charles Grob started his career with Accor in New York, where he contributed to the creation of the marketing department in North America for the Sofitel and Novotel brands. While still in New York, he joined the Monaco Tourist Office to promote this destination and its luxury hotels. Returning to Europe, Pierre-Charles was first at the Monte-Carlo SBM Group in various roles – sales, marketing and e-distribution; and subsequently joined FASTBOOKING in 2010. He began by leading revenue optimisation for the company and rose rapidly to manage operations in Europe thereafter. Since 2014 Pierre-Charles has been FASTBOOKING’s Director for Asia, based in Singapore.

Christine Tan is the Senior Vice President Strategic Sales & Account Management APAC where she has overall responsibilities for the development and execution of sales strategies for FASTBOOKING in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to her current position, she has over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and account management, central reservation operations, revenue optimisation and distribution. She has held leadership roles at companies across the travel distribution value chain including Trust International, ANA Hotels International, Pegasus Solutions and Whale Media.
